It is an opportunity for someone who wants to put their experience into a project with a deeper purpose, while taking on the very real work of running a hotel.We need a person who can become the central point of our daily operation: coordinating the team, connecting the different areas, and making sure that guests are cared for.The roleYou will:Coordinate the daily work of reception, maintenance, restaurant, bar and guest service.Guide and support the team,



helping each area work fluidly.Follow the guest experience closely and resolve problems with care and good judgment.Organize schedules and oversee sales, cash controls, invoicing, purchases and inventories.Help us protect the balance between quality, financial sustainability and the social and environmental values behind Dos Aguas.We are looking for someone whoHas experience coordinating hotel operations and leading teams.Understands the practical side of hospitality, from guest service to administrative controls.Can work autonomously, organize priorities and make sound decisions.Is comfortable being present in the daily operation rather than managing only from a desk.Speaks Spanish and has at least a B2 level of English.Is willing to relocate to Rincón del Mar and work on-site, including scheduled weekends and holidays.Previous experience living or working in a rural, remote or community-based setting is essential.
