This role is responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure services, while serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.The idóneo candidate combines strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networking, endpoint management, and infrastructure operations within a fast-paced, global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Intune, and Windows Server environments.Administer enterprise virtualization platforms, including performance optimization, resource allocation, and high-availability configurations.Support and maintain enterprise networking infrastructure, including switching, wireless networks, and firewall policies.Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and oversee the lifecycle of corporate devices.Execute and support vulnerability management and patching activities across infrastructure environments.Ensure successful backup operations, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with retention and recovery objectives.Act as a Level 2/Level 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and network incidents.Support ITSM processes, including incident management,
