System AdministratorFecha: 9 sept 2026Working Location:What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a System Administrator responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services, identity management, and application access across the organization. This role requires expertise in ticket management, Single Sign-On (SSO) administration, change management processes, and user support, while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and triage incoming IT support tickets based on priority, impact, and urgencyCategorize, assign, and elevate tickets to the appropriate teams or specialistsTrack service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of requestsCommunicate effectively with end users regarding ticket status and resolution activitiesMaintain and improve support documentation, operational procedures, and runbooksConfigure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using protocols such as SAML and OIDCOnboard new applications into identity platforms including Okta, Azure AD, and Google WorkspaceManage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and group-based access controlsTroubleshoot authentication, authorization, and access-related issues across integrated applicationsMaintain accurate documentation of application inventories and identity configurationsSubmit, document, and execute infrastructure and system changes according to established change management proceduresPrepare change requests, including risk assessments, rollback plans,
and implementation plansCoordinate approvals and implementation activities with stakeholdersExecute approved changes during maintenance windows and validate successful implementationDocument outcomes and ensure compliance with change management standardsRequirements and Qualifications3+ years of experience in System Administration or IT SupportExperience with identity providers and SSO technologiesKnowledge of SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocolsExperience with ticketing platforms such as Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNowStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesExperience with change management processes and operational proceduresExperience managing user access and authentication across business applicationsExperience as a SysOps / System AdministratorNice to HaveExperience administering Okta, Azure Active Directory, or Google WorkspaceScripting knowledge using Python, PowerShell, or BashExperience with automation of administrative tasksExperience working in regulated or compliance-driven environmentsKnowledge of IT governance, security, and identity management best practicesIn compliance with our personal data protection policies, we inform you that the information you provide will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice available on our website, in the section: Privacy Notice for the Processing of Personal Data – Candidate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
