This position requires availability throughout the 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET workday. Breaks can be taken flexibly throughout the day based on workload and scheduling needs.

Candidates must be able to consistently work these U.S. Eastern Time hours from Colombia.

About the Role

A growing U.S.-based education services company is looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive Scheduling & Client Services Specialist to join our remote operations team.

This is a fast-moving role for someone who genuinely enjoys solving scheduling puzzles, communicating with people, keeping details organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.





You'll work closely with our operations team to coordinate recurring appointments, handle schedule changes, communicate with clients and service providers, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Impeccable spoken and written English is required for this position. You will communicate directly with U.S.-based clients and team members throughout the day by phone, text, email, and video.
