We are looking for a hands-on Fractional Growth Product Lead to optimize the user experience and conversion funnel of a fast-growing real estate analytics platform serving 180,000+ active users.

Your main goal will be to use product analytics, event tracking, funnel analysis, and UX optimization to identify opportunities and help double the premium upgrade rate.
- Contract Type: Contractor
- Engagement: Part-time / Fractional
- Hours: 15–20 hours/week
- Duration: 6–8 weeks, with potential for a longer-term consulting engagement
- Start Date: Immediate
- Time Zone: Strong overlap with US Eastern Time
- Focus: B2C Growth, Product Analytics, UX & Conversion Optimization
- Success Metric: Double the premium upgrade rate

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize PostHog/Amplitude dashboards, event tracking, and conversion funnels.
- Analyze user behavior, traffic sources, engagement, and drop-off points.




- Identify UX and product opportunities to improve activation and premium conversion.
- Present findings and recommendations to the CEO and technical lead.
- Work closely with developers through multiple implementation and optimization cycles.
- Measure results and continuously iterate toward the goal of doubling the premium upgrade rate.

Requerimientos:

What We're Looking For
- B2C Builder Experience: You have built and launched your own B2C mobile app that generated real revenue and demonstrated user conversion. This is a critical requirement.
- Product Analytics: Strong expertise with PostHog or Amplitude, including dashboards, event tracking, funnels, and behavioral analysis.
- Conversion & UX: Proven ability to identify friction points and design improvements that increase engagement and premium conversions.
