Head of Sales & Marketing – B2B Revenue Growth & GTM | Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Head of Sales & Marketing to own the commercial engine across sales, marketing, pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine revenue strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll build predictable pipeline, improve conversion, lead sales and marketing teams, and develop scalable go-to-market systems.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy
- Own revenue, pipeline, customer acquisition, and conversion targets
- Lead and develop sales and marketing teams
- Define ICP, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Oversee:
- Outbound sales
- Inbound marketing
- Paid acquisition
- Demand generation
- Partnerships
- Build scalable sales processes, playbooks, and operating systems
- Monitor the full funnel from lead generation → opportunity → close
- Own forecasting,



pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and improve conversion rates
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop commercial team members
- Partner directly with executive leadership on growth initiatives

Requirements
- 7+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
- 3+ years in a sales, marketing, or revenue leadership role
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling revenue functions
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels
- Experience managing commercial teams and budgets
- Strong knowledge of:
- Pipeline generation
- Customer acquisition
- Sales conversion
- Demand generation
- GTM strategy
- Revenue forecasting
- Strong financial and analytical understanding of CAC, LTV, pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Proven ability to manage performance against measurable targets
