Were looking for positive, customerfocused individuals with automotive experience or a strong desire to learn. Youll handle calls related to product info, benefits, cancellations, mobile app support, and claims processing, always delivering toptier service.

Key Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls from existing customers
Assisting customers with general inquiries, making payments, and questions regarding program limits and benefits, billing questions, claims, etc.
Handling customer concerns and escalating issues as needed, ensuring all efforts are made to retain existing customers
Working with finance and administration
Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers
Maintaining current knowledge of products and services offered
Other tasks as assigned.





Requirements
HighSchool diploma required
Bilingual abilities required English B2 or above is mandatory.
Office 365 experience preferred Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Etc.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
Ability to provide excellent customer service in all situations including patience, deescalation, positive demeanor.
Ability to effectively multitask.

Base salary 2.500.000 600,000 COP in benefits

Position will have the option to be hybrid remote after 60 days
