Demand Generation Manager – B2B Pipeline, HubSpot & Lead Generation | Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to build scalable marketing programs that generate qualified B2B pipeline and revenue opportunities.
This role sits directly between marketing and sales, with ownership across multi-channel campaigns, lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, and pipeline performance.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Manage campaigns across:
- Email marketing
- Content
- Webinars
- Paid acquisition
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Build lead nurture and lifecycle programs
- Partner with sales to define ICP, audiences, and targeting
- Develop lead scoring and qualification frameworks
- Track and improve MQL → SQL → Opportunity conversion
- Analyze pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and funnel performance
- Improve marketing automation and CRM workflows




- Run experiments to increase qualified leads and pipeline
- Report performance insights and recommendations to leadership

Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B marketing or demand generation experience
- Proven experience generating measurable sales pipeline
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Experience building multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Strong knowledge of lead nurturing, scoring, and qualification
- Strong analytical and campaign management skills
- Comfortable measuring campaign ROI and pipeline contribution
- Ability to collaborate closely with sales leadership
- Strong written and verbal English communication
