Position Title: Jr to Mid Level Marketing Specialist

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to support both B2B and direct-to-consumer marketing activities. The role combines hands-on campaign execution,



marketing automation, content and graphic production, website updates, paid media, and reporting.

For the B2B business line, the position will execute within approved copy, strategy, and compliance parameters. For the DTC business line, the role will work more independently within defined budgets, brand guidelines, and compliance guardrails. The scope also includes support for a limited-term WooCommerce-to-Shopify migration project.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads campaigns with an approximate monthly budget of $2,000.
- Develop and manage keyword strategies, bids, campaign optimization, and monthly performance reporting.
- Design landing pages and emails in HubSpot using approved and compliant copy.
- Build and manage HubSpot marketing automations, audience segments, and contact lists.
- Support lifecycle-stage management, campaign attribution, and marketing reporting in HubSpot.
