About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, improve conversions, and drive measurable business growth.
This is a hands-on role spanning email marketing, paid advertising, social media, landing pages, marketing automation, and analytics. You’ll work closely with sales to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Manage email marketing and lead-nurture campaigns
- Support paid search and paid social campaigns
- Create and optimize landing pages and campaign assets
- Coordinate content across social media channels
- Maintain marketing automation workflows
- Monitor website traffic, leads, and conversion performance
- Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Test messaging, campaigns,



and funnels to improve performance

Requirements
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Paid advertising
- Digital analytics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
- Strong analytical and copywriting skills
- Comfortable tracking campaign performance and making data-driven improvements
- Ability to execute independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication
