The Role:
We’re seeking a HR Coordinator. This role is designed for a professional with experience in Human Resources and direct exposure to recruiting, who can support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and People Team initiatives.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining recruitment and employee records, coordinating candidate and new hire experiences, supporting onboarding and payroll processes, administering learning systems, and contributing to company-wide recognition, connection, culture, and training activities.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.




Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience with direct exposure to recruiting.
- Experience: Experience scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple calendars and time zones; maintaining records or trackers where accuracy matters; and working with multiple computer programs and systems, including an ATS.
- Skills: Excellent verbal English, comfortable hosting live calls with candidates and new hires; meticulous attention to detail with employee and candidate data; proactive approach to problem solving; sound judgment and comfort giving feedback, including to people more senior; tech-savvy and eager to learn new software, comfortable working alongside AI tools.
