Role Description
The Expedition Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisboa, supporting guests and partners in planning and booking Aqua Expeditions’ luxury small-ship journeys. This role involves advising prospective guests on itineraries, destinations,



and onboard experiences, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, and guiding guests through the reservation process from first contact to confirmed booking. The Expedition Consultant collaborates with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate information on availability, pricing, and special offers, and maintains up-to-date knowledge of all routes and ships. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing personalized proposals, managing and updating booking records, coordinating pre- and post-cruise details, and following up with guests and travel advisors to nurture long-term relationships. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, attention to service quality, and adherence to Aqua Expeditions’ standards of luxury hospitality.
