- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of General Accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting processes, and internal controls
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of financial data accurately
- Self-motivated and adaptable in dynamic environments
- Prepare adjusting and accrual journal entries in compliance with GAAP




- Analyze financial transactions and perform monthly account reconciliations
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization processes
- Record and monitor daily cash transactions, including property acquisitions
- Calculate and record company revenue and fee income
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support month-end close activities and accounting operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of accounting records
