Role Purpose

Job Responsibilities

- Assist users through phone, chat, or email support channels.
- Escalate complex cases when required.
- Document interactions accurately.

Requirements




- English proficiency B2 or higher.
- French proficiency B1 or higher.
- High School Diploma.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous technical support experience is a plus.
- Full-time availability.
