Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and implement a comprehensive Human Resources compliance framework for the region, leveraging data-driven compliance management systems and Human Resources Information Systems to automate workflows, monitor key metrics, and maintain digital audit trails.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations and advise the business on regulatory obligations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and local regulations by conducting regular compliance assessments, monitoring legal changes
