A Day in the Life
This role will serve as a bridge between commercial business stakeholders, data teams, AI engineering teams, analytics teams, and IT delivery partners. The idóneo candidate will be able to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, define use cases for AI-powered data agents, and help deliver solutions that allow business users to interact with enterprise data using natural language, guided analytics, and conversational AI experiences.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following:
- Partner with Commercial stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-powered analytics and data solutions.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.
- Collaborate with Data, Analytics, AI, and IT teams to design, implement, and enhance AI data agent solutions.
- Define and prioritize use cases that enable users to access insights through conversational AI and natural language interactions.
- Support testing, validation,



and optimization of AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and business alignment.
- Partner with data governance teams to establish trusted data sources, KPI definitions, semantic models, and business rules.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and adoption activities.
- Monitor solution performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance on AI business analysis best practices, governance, and responsible AI adoption.

Required Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise technology and analytics solutions.
