Job Summary

We're looking for an Analyst to join Visa's Corporate Services team based in Bogotá, Colombia. This team supports Visa's integral operations by partnering with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers across Corporate Real Estate and other business functions. In this role, you will help manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, Non-PO transactions, and ACH payments while supporting facility-related services and operational initiatives.



You will work closely with business leaders, Procurement, Finance, and suppliers to ensure timely processing, compliance with company policies, operational excellence, and a positive stakeholder experience.

All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with team members to manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders - from creation to payment - for both operating and capital expenses, ensuring everything aligns with contracts and statements of work.
- Manage the end-to-end (E2E) ACH and Non-PO payment process, from intake through payment execution, ensuring accurate documentation, required approvals, compliance, and timely resolution of exceptions.
- Make sure partners meet agreed-upon service levels before payments are released
