We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities. You would be trusted with leading the recruitments in Colombia.
- Manage full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for our Game Presenters roles.
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
- Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs
- Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes;
- Take part in active massive sourcing
- Set up and maintain recruitment systems
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of all required documentation throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire documentation in accordance with internal processes and requirements.

Qualifications
- 2 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment
- Bachelor’s deg
