Hotel Operations Coordinator

Rincón del Mar, San Onofre, Colombia

Dos Aguas is a small sea-front boutique hotel in Rincón del Mar, built around a simple idea: travel can be good for the people who visit, the people who live here and the place that brings them together.

Working here means becoming part of a community: a Caribbean fishing village surrounded by sea, mangroves and tropical dry forest. Life moves differently here. There is beauty, closeness and a strong sense of community—but also distance from the conveniences, services and pace of a city.

This is not a job for someone simply looking for a season by the beach. It is an opportunity for someone who wants to put their experience into a project with a deeper purpose, while taking on the very real work of running a hotel.

We need a person who can become the central point of our daily operation: coordinating the team, connecting the different areas, and making sure that guests are cared for.

The role

You will:
- Coordinate the daily work of reception, maintenance, restaurant, bar and guest service.




- Guide and support the team, helping each area work fluidly.
- Follow the guest experience closely and resolve problems with care and good judgment.
- Organize schedules and oversee sales, cash controls, invoicing, purchases and inventories.
- Help us protect the balance between quality, financial sustainability and the social and environmental values behind Dos Aguas.

We are looking for someone who
- Has experience coordinating hotel operations and leading teams.
- Understands the practical side of hospitality, from guest service to administrative controls.
- Can work autonomously, organize priorities and make sound decisions.
- Is comfortable being present in the daily operation rather than managing only from a desk.
- Speaks Spanish and has at least a B2 level of English.
- Is willing to relocate to Rincón del Mar and work on-site, including scheduled weekends and holidays.
