Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain carrier relationships through proactive outreach via phone and email.
- Secure coverage for customer freight by aggressively sourcing carriers using technology and data tools.
- Negotiate rates and discuss capacity with carriers for both spot and contracted freight.
- Optimize rates for profitability and maximize load volume.
- Monitor market trends and industry changes to stay competitive.
- Maintain clear communication with carrier dispatch and drivers throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Ensure internal systems are updated with real-time shipment statuses and issues.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to provide seamless service delivery.





What We’re Looking For
- Advanced English level (spoken and written)
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or similar roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- College degree preferred
- Sales-driven and relationship-oriented mindset
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Highly driven to succeed in a dynamic environment
