Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Management Analyst to support Scale Management activities within clinical research projects. This role will partner closely with internal teams, vendors, scale authors, and translation providers to coordinate licensing and translation activities, maintain project documentation, manage study trackers, and support the administration of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) used in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-endscalelicensingandtranslationactivitiesforClinicalOutcomeAssessments(COAs).
- Coordinate communicationswithscaleauthors,licenseholders,translationvendors,andexternalpartners.
- Assist withtheprocurement,tracking,andmanagementoflicensingagreementsandrelateddocumentation.




- Collaborate withLegal,Operations,Clinical,Finance,BusinessDevelopment,andProjectManagementteamstosupportscale-relatedactivities.
- Create andmanageinternalrequestsandticketsthroughcompanysystems.
- Maintain andupdatestudytrackers,databases,andprojectdocumentation.
- File andorganizelicensedscales,translations,andassociatedstudymaterials.
- Support themaintenanceofscalesourcelibrariesandrepositories.
- Track translationrequests,timelines,approvals,anddeliverablestoensuretimelycompletion.
- Monitor invoicesandsupportvendorpaymentprocessesrelatedtolicensingandtranslationservices.
- Provide projectupdatesandsupportstakeholderswithinformationrelatedtoscalelicensingandtranslationactivities.
- Ensure accuratedocumentationandcompliancewithinternalprocessesandregulatoryrequirements.
- Provide administrativeandcoordinationsupportacrossmultipleongoingprojects.
