Chili is seeking a Business Unit Manager to own growth, profitability, and operational maturity across a Latin America region. This role goes beyond pure sales, with full P&L; ownership, team building, and end-to-end leadership of a regional unit from launch to self-sufficiency.
You will lead regional growth, hire and guide SDRs and account managers, shape marketing strategy, oversee delivery teams, and ensure client satisfaction and healthy margins.
