Job Description

The Sr. Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and
expanding the business in a specific geographic area. This involves developing
strategies, managing relationships with new and existing clients, and monitoring
revenue targets and operational efficiency within their assigned territory. Their
responsibilities include market analysis, visit planning, staff training, and reporting
results to management, making them a key role for the company’s expansion and
profitability.

What you’ll be doing:

- Strategy Development: Create and execute plans to achieve sales and growth
- objectives in your territory;
- Pipeline Generation: Create plans that allow you to meet your weekly generation
- target, guaranteeing sufficient coverage to meet your sales objectives.
- Strategic Accounts: Identify strategic accounts in your region, create strategic
- plans, and develop them to ensure brand positioning and sales of Brady
- solutions to these clients;




- Experience is required to understand the client’s needs and position the right
- hardware, software, and service solutions;
- Sales and growth: guarantee 100% of the quota assigned to your territory
- Customer Management: Cultivate relationships, identify prospects, close sales,
- and address customer concerns;
- Market Analysis: Research trends, competitors, and sales data to adapt
- strategies;
- Partner Leadership: Train, motivate, and supervise partners, set goals and
- evaluating performance;
- Reporting: Keep management informed of progress, challenges, and
- opportunities.
