Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our Product Team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our product lifecycle, ensuring that technical development and commercial readiness stay perfectly in sync. You will also take full ownership of our packaging ecosystem—from tracking revision history to managing the Quality Control (QC) process—to ensure our brand arrives on shelves flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Lifecycle Coordination

* Readiness Tracking: Support the Product Development Project Manager by coordinating technical readiness (R&D;, Engineering) and commercial readiness (Marketing, Sales, Legal) for new launches.

* Timeline Management: Maintain project schedules and follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones are met for upcoming launches, including New Product Innovation and product iterations on all channels

* Documentation: Organize and maintain product spec sheets and project folders.

2. Metrics: Unit Economics and Modeling, Customer Satisfaction tracking, Product Sales Unit * *Economics & Financial Modeling: Own financial modeling and margin analysis during the product development and initial commercialization phases (COGS, R&D; ROI, pricing models). Post-launch, partner closely with Marketing to track ongoing unit economics like LTV and CAC to ensure long-term profitability.

*Customer Satisfaction Tracking:



Act as the product team's steward for user sentiment. You will own the product-side insights for customer satisfaction while partnering directly with the VP of Customer Delight to automate and scale feedback loops (NPS, CSAT, in-app surveys).

*Product Sales & Adoption Metrics: Analyze feature adoption, sales pipelines, and win/loss data to measure market traction. Bridge the gap between the product organization and Go-to-Market teams to ensure our roadmaps align with revenue targets and market demand.

*Data Synthesis & Executive Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that combine development costs, sales velocity, and customer satisfaction into a unified view, guiding leadership on resource allocation and strategic pivots.

3. Packaging Ownership & QC

* Version Control: Manage the master database of packaging artwork, tracking all change requests and revision histories to ensure the latest version is always in production.

* Production Scheduling: Monitor the production calendar to identify the exact windows when packaging changes can be implemented without causing inventory waste or stockouts.

* Quality Control (QC): Act as the final gatekeeper for packaging proofs.



Review digital and physical samples for accuracy in copy, color, barcodes, and regulatory compliance.

* Vendor Liaison: Communicate directly with printing partners and manufacturers to resolve quality issues and oversee the proof approval process.

Qualifications

* Experience: 5 years of experience in project management, production coordination, product development, or marketing operations. Experience in physical consumer goods (CPG) is a major plus.

* Attention to Detail: You are the person who catches the typo that everyone else missed. High-level accuracy in "Source vs. Proof" checking is essential.

*Skills: Proficiency in product market research, building unit economic finance modeling, creating reports and presentations.

* Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Asana) and Google Workspace. Experience in research software like Survey Monkey a plus.

* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.

* Time Management: Ability to manage multiple SKUs and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
