We're looking for an Accounts Payable Leader to oversee and manage our working capital needs, playing a pivotal role in the financial stability and success of the company. In this role, you'll lead a team of Accounts Payable professionals, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and compliance reports, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in financial processes and attention to detail will be key to keeping the payment function running smoothly and under control.What you'll do:Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable team, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and controls.Oversee payment compliance reporting, team KPI tracking, financial analysis, and risk assessment across the payment function, identifying potential risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are in place.Support month-end closing activities in collaboration with the broader Finance team.What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
