a driven and communicative Team Manager to oversee our
Portuguese-speaking Game Presenter team and support live-studio
operations in Bogotá. What you'll do Lead and mentor a team of
Portuguese-speaking game presenters, providing guidance and support
to foster both personal and professional growth. Manage team

operations: handle scheduling, attendance tracking, performance

oversight, and resolve any operational or personnel issues in line
with company standards. Foster a collaborative, supportive work
environment encouraging open communication, regular team meetings, and continuous learning and development. Identify training needs, coordinate with training departments, and help deliver coaching or
development to maintain high-quality performance standards. Ensure
that all studio operations comply with internal policies and
quality standards keeping workflow, show delivery, and team
standards consistent and professional. Who were looking for Native
or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1) with strong written and spoken
English (minimum B2).



At least 1 year of experience in a similar
role (team leader, supervisor or related), with leadership and
people-management skills. Proficient with standard office software
(e.g. productivity tools), and comfortable in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including variable working hours. Strong
interpersonal, organisational, conflict-management and
communication skills able to guide, motivate, and manage a diverse
team with sensitivity and clarity. Whats on offer Competitive base
