The benefits team is a part of the General Total Rewards function within HR and is necessary in supporting the attraction, motivation, and retention of company talents. You will support strategic development of our benefit programs including retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, flexible benefits, and wellbeing programs. Your main role will consist of:
- Engage employees through regular communications and keep employees informed about company benefit plans and any proposed changes.
- Review programs are legally compliant and competitive with regards to trends, practices and costs.
