Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact with off-market sellers, negotiating and extending purchase offers on their properties on behalf of our company
- Take ownership of the seller experience, aiming for positive outcomes in every interaction
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective sellers with disciplined follow-up
- Establish trust and strong rapport with sellers, using negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure signed contracts
- Document all interactions diligently in our CRM system
- Master our proven sales process through ongoing training and coaching
- Participate in daily training sessions and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Selling is your passion — you're driven to succeed and motivated by results
- Prior experience in a U.S.-facing remote role (BPO, call center, remote sales, customer support for a U.S. company) highly desired
- C1-level English fluency required — must be comfortable negotiating complex terms and handling objections over the phone with English-speaking sellers in the U.S.
