Role Description
This is a remote contractor position for a Customer Creations Agent. In this role,
you will be responsible for supporting customers through various stages of their smart home and security solution setup. Key tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, providing comprehensive customer support, improving the customer experience, and facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and customers.
