About the Role

We are looking for a
Video Content Editor
to join our marketing team in Medellín.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who genuinely enjoys making videos and understands what makes short-form content work.

You should be comfortable taking raw footage, ideas, memes, market moments, or simple concepts and turning them into polished TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC-style videos, and social content.

We are not looking for someone who only knows traditional corporate editing. We want someone who understands internet culture, pacing, hooks, retention, captions,



sound design, and the editing styles that feel native to social media today.

You will work closely with our marketing team to produce content consistently and experiment with new formats, creative ideas, and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and other social platforms.
- Turn raw footage into engaging, fast-paced, platform-native content.
- Create and edit UGC-style videos.
- Develop strong hooks and improve pacing, retention, and storytelling through editing.
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, memes, transitions, and other elements when appropriate.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple short-form formats.
- Adapt videos to different platforms, aspect ratios, and audiences.
- Work with creators and team members to turn ideas into finished videos.
- Help develop creative concepts for new vide
