A Day in the Life

The Costumer Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and internal stakeholders by managing operational processes, including contracting, payment processing, grants, donations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Compliance, Medical Education, Sales, Marketing, and other internal partners.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

· Manage requests related to grants, donations, contracts, sponsorships, honoraria, and payments

· Ensure compliance with internal policies,



compliance processes, and applicable regulations

· Coordinate reviews, approvals, and documentation with cross-functional teams

· Monitor payments, deliverables, closeout documentation, and reconciliations

· Maintain documentation integrity, process traceability, and quality standards

· Coordinate HCP/HCO-related programs and projects

· Participate in medical education activities and events

· Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, consistency, and transparency

· Support audits, reporting activities, and regulatory requirements

Required Knowledge and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience supporting operational, administrative, program coordination, or shared services activities within a regulated environment

· Experience managing documentation, contracts, payments, approvals, requests, and workflow tracking processes
