Salesforce Sr. Analyst

Role Summary:

Autonomously configure, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform to support business processes, ensuring data quality, operational efficiency,



and compliance with governance and interface policies under SOX regulations. Collaborate and communicate fluently in English with NASS (North America) operation stakeholders, technical leaders, and end users, acting as an expert escalation point to translate business needs into sustainable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce object architecture, fields, validation rules, and page layouts to adapt the platform to business requirements.
- Manage and assign profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure proper security and controlled data access.
- Build and optimize flows, automation rules, and approval processes to streamline business operations and reduce manual work.
- Design the analytics and reporting strategy and present dashboards to support executive decision-making.
