Role Description
The Chatbot Developer will work in a contract, remote role, designing, building, and maintaining chatbot solutions that support energy-sector clients and internal initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing conversational flows, integrating chatbots with existing systems and APIs, and optimizing performance based on user feedback and analytics. The role involves collaborating with product managers,



data specialists, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective conversational experiences. The Chatbot Developer will also test, debug, and refine chatbot interactions, ensure reliability and security, and document technical solutions for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Chatbot Development and experience designing conversational flows and user experiences.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and familiarity with conversational AI platforms or frameworks.
- Solid Programming abilities with one or more modern languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and general Software Development practices.
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts, model integration, and data-driven optimization of chatbot performance.
- Experience integrating chatbots with APIs, databases, and third-party tools.
