That's done. Now here's what we really want. A seasoned technical leader. Someone who's been around the block, built complex systems, and knows that simplifying the complicated is the whole game. You build real confidence with clients and developers alike, in virtual meetings, over Slack, and in person. You help manufacturers and brands by finding the architectural bottlenecks they didn't know they had and delivering the decoupled solutions that unlock their systems' true potential.

You also know yourself. You can tell when you're over-engineering a solution, and you scale it back. You can walk us through an architecture that crashed and burned, and what you got wrong, without flinching. That kind of honesty and lack of ego is how you got good in the first place.

What You’ll Do

As the Solutions Architect, you’ll shape technical direction across client projects,



guide teams through complexity, and help manufacturers, distributors, and brands unlock what their systems are truly capable of. You'll be the go-to person translating a client's ERP reality into a system that actually works for them; ERP fluency is central to this role, not a footnote.

Architecture & Delivery
- Design and oversee decoupled and composable architectures with deep, hands-on ERP integration at the core, connecting ERP, CMS, and commerce layers so manufacturers and distributors can actually run their business on them
- Provide technical oversight for solution design, architecture documentation, and implementation quality
- Review deliverables and guide developers to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability

Sales & Discovery
- Lead technical discovery sessions, mapping client requirements to platform capabilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Project Managers to define techn
