We’re hiring a Remote Recruiter & Operations Coordinator — someone who can manage both hiring and day-to-day scheduling while helping our company grow efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Onboarding
- Source, attract, and engage qualified cleaners via social media, job boards, and community platforms.
- Write and manage engaging job postings.
- Screen applicants, conduct virtual interviews, and communicate promptly.
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation for new cleaners.
- Track hiring activity and refine recruiting strategies for each market.
Scheduling & Operations
- Assign jobs within 24 hours of booking,
matching cleaners based on skill, reliability, and location.
- Manage calendars to avoid conflicts and handle reschedules or cancellations quickly.
- Monitor cleaner performance and reliability; maintain an active roster of top performers.
- Resolve client complaints, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction after each service.
- Handle declined payments or billing issues and keep accurate records.
- Track and report operational KPIs (job completion, payment success, time-to-hire, satisfaction).
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Work with leadership to align staffing, scheduling, and service goals.
- Identify automation opportunities using BookingKoala, Google Sheets, and Zapier/Make.
- Support expansion into new markets by helping build scalable systems.
- Uphold Maid Co’s professional and friendly reputation in all communications.
