? What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in
recruitment or talent acquisition
- Bilingual English/Spanish — a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent
attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
- Excellent follow-up and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms is a plus
- Experience recruiting for
manufacturing,



logistics, customer service, operations, or other high-volume environments
is a plus

? What you’ll do:

You’ll help manage the recruitment process from
sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, and candidate presentation
, while partnering closely with our team to meet hiring goals.
