Role Description
: We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects for the U.S. market. This is a 100% remote position, engaged as an independent contractor under a service agreement (not a direct employment relationship), following the U.S. business calendar. This role is adecuado for a Civil Engineer or Architect with hands-on construction experience and strong knowledge of the U.S. construction industry, standards, and processes.





Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with U.S. building codes, standards, and industry practices
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and permits
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on time and on budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues clearly to clients and stakeholders in the U.S.
- Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and cost estimates
- Support procurement and logistics coordination for materials and equipment
