The Role
Heritage Housing Solutions is hiring a full-time Appointment Setter based in Medellín, Colombia.
This is an entry-level sales opportunity. Prior real estate or manufactured housing experience is not required.
We are looking for someone with excellent spoken English, confidence communicating with U.S. customers, strong follow-through, and the hunger to prove what they can do.
Your primary responsibility is simple:
Create qualified sales conversations.
You will take over active lead engagement from our CRM and AI systems, proactively call prospects, follow up with existing leads, conduct outbound outreach,
and schedule qualified conversations with our U.S.-based sales team.
This is not a role where success is measured by looking busy. Calls, texts, and CRM activity matter because they produce results — not because they fill a report.
Responsibilities
Call new inbound leads quickly and professionally
Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet scheduled
Re-engage older leads already in the Heritage database
Follow up with real estate investor and developer prospects
Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn and Facebook
Ask basic qualifying questions to understand the prospect's need and intent
Schedule qualified appointments with the appropriate Heritage team member
Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity in the CRM
Work alongside our sales team to continually improve lead quality and appointment conversion
