Our team is looking for a
Construction Operations & Project Coordinator
to streamline business workflows, manage financial data using
QuickBooks
, and oversee construction platforms like
JobTread
. In this fully remote role, you will leverage
CRM and automation tools
(such as
GoHighLevel
) while documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive continuous process improvement. If you excel at turning complex daily operations into smooth systems, this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact position with long-term leadership potential.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST | With 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Manage client and supplier invoicing, process payments, track bills, and resolve overdue accounts using




QuickBooks and JobTread
- Coordinate daily and weekly project schedules, working closely with trade teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Follow up on client quotes and estimates to maximize sales conversion opportunities
- Manage CRM activities, including customer intake, scheduling consultations, maintaining client records, and updating GoHighLevel
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve administrative and operational workflows
- Monitor active projects, update job milestones, and audit project data to ensure accuracy before final invoice release

Requirements:
