Assist Point is currently looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent English communication skills and experience in the U.S. healthcare and health insurance system to join our Insurance Sales Team.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

Previous experience in the U.S. healthcare or health insurance industry is required

Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and health insurance plans

Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Experience in health insurance sales, healthcare customer service, member services, or insurance verification is highly preferred

Ability to understand and explain health insurance plans, coverage, benefits, eligibility, premiums, deductibles, and copays

Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance options

Availability to work on site in Bogotá, Colombia

Responsibilities

Assist and follow up with customers in English regarding U.S. health insurance products and services

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans





Explain insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility requirements, premiums, deductibles, copays, and other plan details

Generate, manage, and follow up on leads and sales opportunities

Guide customers throughout the insurance sales process

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about health insurance plans

Assist customers with quotes, applications, and policy-related questions

Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems

Follow established sales processes and compliance guidelines

Meet individual and team sales targets

Build positive and long-term relationships with customers

Position Details

Position: Insurance Sales Representative – U.S. Healthcare

Location: On-site – Bogotá, Colombia

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with 2 days off

Salary: $2,620,000 COP monthly
