Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for JDE EnterpriseOne modules (such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Sales).

• Respond to user queries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve or escalate tickets as appropriate.

• Assist with system configuration, data entry, and routine maintenance tasks.

• Document solutions, create user guides, and contribute to knowledge base articles.

• Support testing activities for system enhancements, patches, and upgrades.

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify and resolve functional issues while identifying potential system enhancements, when applicable

• Participate in user training sessions and provide ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate records of support activities and status updates.





• Participate in audit reviews and audit requirements gathering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–3 years of experience supporting ERP systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
