The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional
Senior Full-Stack Engineer with real production Agentic AI experience
to help build the next generation of intelligent customer operations.

This is
not
a traditional full-stack role with AI added on top.

We are building systems where AI agents can understand operational events, retrieve context, reason across business rules, call tools and APIs, execute approved actions, process and monitor orders, verify outcomes, and escalate intelligently when human judgment is required.

The technology direction and Technical Lead are already in place.

We are looking for a senior engineer who can help turn that architecture into
reliable, scalable production systems

You will work directly with our




Technical Lead and Software Engineering team
and contribute across the full stack — frontend, backend, AI orchestration, integrations, data, cloud infrastructure, reliability, and production deployment.

What You Will Build

You will help design and develop:

Headless AI Agents
that execute operational workflows without requiring a traditional user interface

Agentic systems that retrieve context, reason, call tools/APIs, execute actions, verify results, and continue monitoring

Intelligent order-processing and order-lifecycle automation

Real-time status monitoring, exception detection, reconciliation, and escalation workflows

Full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies

Integrations with CRM, customer-service, telephony, data, and enterprise systems

Event-driven and asynchronous workflows

Voice AI and intelligent call-center capabilities

Human-in-the-loop approval and escalation flows
