We are looking for a bilingual English-Spanish speaker to join a leading Pain Management Clinic in California, USA as a Virtual Front Desk Representative. The adecuado candidate has experience in the medical/healthcare field, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in the medical/healthcare field — required
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps minimum)
- Personal computer with at least an Intel i5 processor and 8GB RAM
- Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating with patients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Salary: COP $3,500,000–$4,000,000 per month
