The Role:
We’re seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional with strong SQL and Power BI expertise who enjoys transforming data into meaningful business insights and maintaining reliable reporting solutions.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the BI Manager by maintaining Power BI reports, developing SQL views, ensuring data accuracy, and keeping business intelligence projects organized and on track.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role with hands-on SQL and Power BI experience.
- Skills:
- Intermediate SQL (joins, aggregations, Common Table Expressions - CTEs).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, DAX measures, and basic data modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills for data validation, formatting, and analysis.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Experience with Python, ETL concepts, data pipelines, or project management tools (such as Monday.com) is a plus.
