online food delivery. Restaurants around the world, both large and small,
including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry’s, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to
power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and
decrease delivery headaches.

What you’ll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Otter, you'll be responsible for
identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential restaurant customers
through outbound prospecting. You will use strategic outreach and modern sales
tactics to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team,
serving as the first point of contact in growing Otter’s customer base. Before
taking on your responsibilities, you will participate in our 30-day onboarding




program to master our product suite and cold-outreach methodologies.

Responsibilities

* Be the expert on Otter’s suite of products, leveraging your customer
obsession and market knowledge to engage prospective restaurant owners.
* Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns (phone, email, and social
outreach) to identify key decision-makers.
* Meet and exceed activity and pipeline KPIs, including a minimum of 80
outbound touchpoints daily to restaurant owners across North America.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, budget, and authority before
handing them off to the AE team.
* Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, stage updates, and lead
notes in our CRM.
