About the Job:
The Talent Acquisition Analyst will support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.



You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help attract high-quality talent to the organization.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
- Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
- Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter ce
