Drive Conversions Engage inbound and assigned leads, understand customer needs, address objections, communicate the value of business care and drive qualified prospects toward enrollment.
Telephony Communication Deliver professional, confident, and customerfocused phone interactions in English and Spanish while maintaining strong call control and effective objection handling.
Own the Sales Journey Manage each assigned lead from initial contact through enrollment or final disposition, including structured followup when the customer does not enroll during the first interaction.
CRM Lead Management Maintain accurate and timely CRM records for every interaction, including lead status, disposition, followup actions, outcomes, and relevant customer information.
Digital Enrollment Support Guide customers through digital enrollment, payment, and required enrollment steps, resolving basic process friction when appropriate.
Consultative Selling Build immediate rapport, articulate value propositions clearly, and guide leads toward closing.




Performance Collaboration Actively participate in coaching sessions, script refinement, and feedback loops during the pilot to optimize overall sales flow.
Performance Management Success Metrics Meet established targets for contact rate, conversion rate, enrollments, followup completion, sales quality, and 30day paid activation.
Required Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience 13 years of proven experience in phone sales, inside sales, outbound call center sales, or telemarketing with a history of hitting conversion targets.
