We currently have a career opportunity for a Technical Leader – Data Engineering (Snowflake, dbt, Azure) to join our team located in Colombia or Mexico.
As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.
In this role, you will act as a Technical Leader with deep expertise in Snowflake, dbt, and Azure-native data engineering services to architect and deliver modern healthcare data solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to design secure, compliant, high-quality data platforms that accelerate analytics, interoperability, and digital innovation. You will combine strong technical architecture, consulting leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving,



with a focus on leveraging AI technologies to improve efficiency and data quality.

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end healthcare data architectures using Snowflake, dbt, ADLS Gen2, and Azure pipelines.
- Model complex healthcare datasets (EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, claims, lab, pharmacy, and operational data).
- Lead delivery across full lifecycle: discovery, design, build, testing, go-live, and support.
- Facilitate workshops and align requirements across clinical, payer, research, and IT stakeholders.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Python/SQL, and Azure
