Senior Business Development Representative (BDR)

Salary: Base $2,500 + Commissions $2,500
Remote – Colombia-based candidates only (Medellín preferred, relocation required if outside)

About the Role

This is a remote role based in Medellín, Colombia, with required monthly in-person trainings. Candidates from other parts of Colombia are welcome if willing to relocate permanently. The Senior BDR will be responsible for executing high-volume outbound calls, generating qualified sales opportunities,



and engaging with C-level and VP-level decision-makers in industries such as manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, and logistics. Native-level English proficiency is essential, as you will be speaking directly with senior executives in the US market.

Responsibilities
· Outbound Sales: Execute high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities.
· Engagement with Decision-Makers: Engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers across various industries including manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, and logistics.
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking.
· Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to support pipeline development and sales strategies.
