A successful Manager of Reporting Analytics needs to have a combination of technical and leadership skills to help drive a data-first culture program-wide. As Manager of Reporting Analytics, You Will…
Be responsible for developing business insights reports at varying frequencies
Independently handle discussions and meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to ensure their needs and requirements are up to date
Create efficiencies in the way data is collected, managed, and interpreted within the organization
Perform data quality assessments as needed to ensure the cleanliness of data
Manage multiple projects with limited guidance and ensure the on-time execution of deliverables with great accuracy
Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
Assign numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time
Analyze local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

As Manager of Reporting Analytics, You Have…
Bachelor of Science in BS Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience
At least 3 - 5 years experience in data management and/or a similar role, with previous leadership experience
Previous management experience in Workforce, Analytics and Reporting is required
Must be bilingual (S
